In this unit you will undertake:

// Face to Face and online content covers the anatomy, pathology and modifications of Elbow, Hands & wrist, Neck & Jaw, Breath

Yes, you can! We work with you to support you build your skills and qualifications to become a well-rounded teacher of the Pilates method.
This unit can be undertaken on its own or in conjunction with other units of the Body Organics Education Comprehensive Certification. The comprehensive Certification is recognised by the PAA.
