In this unit you will undertake:

I am a Mat and Reformer Teacher, with a different course provider, can I do this course?
Yes you can, we work with you to support you build your skills and qualifications to become a well rounded teacher of the pilates method. This reformer block provides new repertoire and skills that are not taught in other courses
This unit can be undertaken on its own or in conjunction with other units of the Body Organics Education Comprehensive Certification. The comprehensive Certification is recognised by the PAA.
