Import costs
When you purchase products in our web shop our pricing includes costs such as shipping and insurance, however your landed cost may be higher depending on the value of your order and the destination country. If your order is over a certain value there may be added costs such as import duties, customs charges and taxes (e.g. VAT). This added cost must be paid by you when your order arrives and before local customs release the products.
These import costs are different for each country. For specific information on your country we recommend that you contact your local customs office or broker.
