Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation
This course expands on the lessons in the pre-training course and is also where students learn the teaching skills and techniques specific to the Gyrotonic Method.
Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship period can last up to one year and students receive a trademark license allowing them to teach Gyrotonic Level I exercises in the role of Gyrotonic Apprentice.
